Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Monthly Recurring Subscription Cancellations

DigitalStudy provides an unbundled, recurring ₹199/month subscription model. You may cancel your subscription mandate at any moment:

• No Lock-In: There are zero cancellation penalties or minimum lock-in periods.
• Retain Access: When you cancel before your next billing date, your access to masterclasses remains active through the remainder of the current 30-day billing cycle.
• No Future Charges: The UPI Autopay mandate is immediately revoked with Razorpay/NPCI, ensuring no subsequent debits occur.

2. Conditions for Refund Eligibility

To prevent fraudulent consumption, the 7-day refund guarantee applies under the following fair-use terms:

• The refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the initial subscription start date.
• The student has not completed more than 30% of the video curriculum or downloaded all starter kit code archives.
• The student has not previously claimed a refund on DigitalStudy.org under the same or alternate email identity.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:

• Refund requests made after the 7-day initial guarantee window.
• Renewal charges where the student forgot to cancel their ongoing mandate prior to the scheduled billing date (pre-debit SMS alerts are dispatched 24h prior by NPCI/bank).
• Accounts terminated due to violations of our Anti-Piracy Policy (e.g. screen recording, unauthorized sharing of encrypted streams, credential reselling).

4. Refund Processing & Timeline

Once approved, refunds are processed immediately through our payment gateway (Razorpay). Depending on your banking institution or UPI provider (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, or bank account), the funds will reflect in the original source payment account within 5 to 7 business days.
